Business Function

DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Responsibilities

  • Capable to do ‘end to end’ process start with review the requirement document for CIF creation as per internal/external regulation, process account creation, entry the customer data in CIF level with 100% accuracy at good speed and scan the signature image.
  • Capable to do ‘end to end’ process of all kinds of Data Maintenance (i.e. request such as Change of Mandate, Change of Address, Customer Data Updating, or any kinds of CIF/account maintenance) with 100% accuracy at good speed.
  • Capable to perform daily account maintenance requested by BU or other department such freezing/unfreezing account, CCU request, dormant account activation, GTS Products, OD Rate Maintenance, etc.
  • Capable to perform end to end process of closing account/CIF
  • Perform IDEAL/eAdvice administration process for registration /maintenance/ administration
  • Support any kind of UAT and LV related with account services and actively involved in Process of Improvement project
  • Support account/combine statement related process, including request to re-print account statement
  • Perform good control on daily operation, filling, MIS data and documents hand over among Branches, Business Unit or other unit within T&O
  • Capable to process manual journal entry transaction with 100% accuracy.
  • Perform back up as leave cover for unavailable staff within IBO Account Services.
  • Timely problems/issues escalation to supervisor/higher Management
  • Support process related with check/gyro book production
  • Comply with all internal mandatory regulation, such as block leave regulation, submit eLearning timely, comply with mandatory training requirement.
  • Posses a good control and always comply with internal/external regulation (SOP, SLA, Code of Conduct, OJK/BI regulation, DBSI internal regulation, etc)
  • Maintain good relationship with other department, Business Unit, Branches, and other team within T&O
  • Escalate suspicious transactions to Superior or Compliance/AML (anti money laundering) team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
  • 2 years of experience in the related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skilll
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work without close supervision
