Kualifikasi:

  • Diutamakan memiliki Gelar Sarjana dibidang Komunikasi / Ekonomi/ Manajemen Asuransi
  • Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Service di Perusahaan Asuransi
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan Wellcome Call / peneleponan ke nasabah PT AJ Central Asia Raya yang baru bergabung
  • Membuat report aktifitas Welcome Call
  • Melakukan pengkinian data nasabah (jika ada) berdasarkan hasil call, serta berkoordinasi dengan unit kerja terkait jika ada yang perlu ditinklanjuti.
  • Akfititas layanan nasabah terkait
