What requirements you'll need to be eligible
5+ years of customer service experience or as a business lead/ product owner in driving digital self-serve & engagement
2+ years of working experience leading customer service team
2+ years working experience using Zendesk and managing BPO service
Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
Strong data-driven mindset; with an ability to communicate effectively using data to tell the story
Strong consumer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional business results.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
What you'll be doing on the job
Oversee the day-to-day activity of customer service operations to ensure our service reflects industry best practices and achieves excellence in customer satisfaction
Assist in the development of quality criteria across channels and ensure that interactions meet standards and trends are identified and addressed through ongoing training and coaching
Evolve methodologies that optimize service levels and meet company growth goals. Drive an increase in first call resolution and the deployment of automated solutions to reduce low complexity
Establish a roadmap of local contents (incl. FAQ, Zendesk macro, etc), features on an annual basis
Responsible for CSAT score, agent’s productivity performance, and BPO management process
Responsible for generating reporting related to CS matrix
Align with internal and external parties to solve any issue
