Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Consulting company for the job of Consulting Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Summary :

  • As the Consulting Manager, you will lead sales and client engagement in talent assessment, employee experience and engagement. Also support client engagement and project delivery in other complementary areas.

The Consulting Manager key job responsibilities include:

  • Lead business development efforts including the generation of leads and engagement with prospects, build a strong and sustainable business development pipeline
  • Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities
  • Lead, direct and guide consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver client value
  • Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills
  • Support team engagement and well-being, build a high performing team

Job Requirements:

  • 5-8 years' experience in HR consulting across various domains such as Talent Management, Assessment, Performance, and Organizational Design
  • Deep expertise in various HR areas such as total rewards, talent assessment, building upskilling plans and project management
  • Led small and large HR consulting and products sales
