Job Description

Support Project Manager in coordinating of development build (scheduling, resource arrangement), coordinate lot traceability set-up in the system together with other departments, generate sample build order & closely follow up lot status to Engineering Sample team from start of manufacturing until ship-out
In your new role you will:

Support Project Manager in coordinating of development build (scheduling, resource arrangement)
Coordinate lot traceability set-up in the system together with other departments
Generate sample build order & closely follow up lot status to Engineering Sample team from start of manufacturing until ship-out
Give regular feedback to the Project Manager on lot process status
Shipment request generation & support shipment of samples related to Development projects
Withdrawal and collection of necessary logistics needed for the projects & support material management.
Drive build request consolidation and derive weekly machine allocation required.
Handle machine booking with planning. Day-to-day machine booking and handover to engineering.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Diploma degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
3 years experience in Semiconductor Assembly.
Familiar with schedule planning and logistic arrangement
Able to deliver under tight delivery commitment
Familiar with MS Office, exposure to MS Project will be a benefit
Fluent in English both oral and written.
