Your ‘day to day’

  • Develop product strategy or response to address the product market dynamics & changing user behaviors
  • Develop user behavior modelling and create strong user story based on various analysis and data tracking
  • Propose solutions to mitigate complexities in execution for other teams & stakeholders
  • Monitor product quality and ensure product is solving user journey (product quality beyond bugs/operation issue)
  • Decide on short-term solution as work around in order not to burden the current system


Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor degree holder (S1) from Computer Science, Product Design, or other related majors
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in product management in eCommerce/B2B/B2C processes
  • Have knowledge of market and industry trends especially in Retail Industry and being able to set and track key KPIs, such as customer acquisition costs, customer conversion rate, daily active users, features usage, user churn, Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction, and customer lifetime value
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
  • Equipped with strong analytical thinking, collaboration, & communication skills
  • Experienced in Data Analytics with basic SQL
