Job Description

Responsible for the whole Production Planning and Inventory Control activities by coordinating production workflow for project manufacturing request to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum delay

Involved with other job tasks relevant to Supply Chain, such as Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics.

Utilize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and generate Master Production Schedule (MPS)

Maintain the production BOM (Bill of Material) system and BOP (Bill of Process) calculation to ensure manufacturing profitability target in business level

Maintain inventory stock level and buffer stock planning for production needs with inventory team

Work cross-functionally with other divisions both internally and externally

Supervise, guide and develop the team

Identify problems, analyze and come up with solutions to maintain smooth work-flows

Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Administration, or other relevant field.

5+ years of professional working experiences in Supply Chain or PPIC specifically, preferably comes from Manufacturing background.

Skills :
Expert in utilizing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and generate Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Have excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles

Strong organizational and analytic skills

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Good at math and statistics

Have great communication skills.

Fluent in English (both oral and written).
