Search and attract the best candidates for each user through online ads and offline initiatives
Handle the recruitment process, such as sourcing the candidate, selecting the candidate from the documents, and managing the interview session
Conduct the assessment and create a simple report of the candidate's personality
Communicate to other parties about the events related to the recruitment processes such as job expo and campus hiring
Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking System and other forms of reporting or recordkeeping with attention to detail and accuracy

Possess internship or freelance experience in recruitment massive hiring is preferred
Familiar and willing to travel around Kalimantan & Sulawesi area
Preferred dom. Kalimantan/Sulawesi
S1 bachelor degree in any major (Psychology is preferred)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling between multiple priorities
Able to work under pressure
Possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as maintain deadlines
An initiative and creative person, able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of the project team
