Job Description

Location: Indonesia,Indonesia Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Indonesia,Indonesia Job Description Performance and Planning team supervise end-to-end logistics performance and assist operations team on different initiatives that require cross-function coordination.
1) Oversee daily end-to-end delivery & logistics performance monitoring across all logistics segments against KPI and set metrics, work with respective stakeholders to understand risks, resolve issues and drive corrective actions, ensuring overall smooth delivery.
2) Facilitates leaderships meetings, prepare reports and analysis for management review
3) Perform ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis
4) Demonstrates business acumen and ability to translate KPIs into business insights
5) Lead and perform deep-dive root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement
6) Participates in projects and ensure strict adherence to project in terms of timeline and visibility to management team
7) Act as bridge between commercial and logistics team, transform business requirements into logistics insights
Job Requirements Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree in STEM / business / economics from a reputable institution; advance degree is a plus

Competency:
  • Must have solid data analytics skills and knowledge: SQL, Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in managing projects / initiatives related to process improvements
  • Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team player; ability to work well in team environment and autonomously with little direction
  • Strong intrapersonal and communication skills to manage different stakeholders from shop-floor to top execs
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and being able to exercise judgement / opinion in situations where not all information is available / new situations with no precedence
  • Ability to understand general business management and financial concepts and can identify key components in strategic and business plans

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar field (logistics/e-commerce/tech); consulting experience is a plus
  • Fluency (verbal and written) in English & Bahasa Indonesia
