Manage all promotion activities on ruparupa (and KL BU e-commerce) homepage and ensure every placement generates high click-through and conversion from promotion, visuals, and personalization.
Utilize the content management system (CMS) to execute regular content updates for the website, including building new landing pages.
Work closely with Graphics Designer and Marketing Campaign to ensure timely deliverables with accurate and attractive contents to be showcased to the customers.
Work closely with the product team to ensure continuous optimizations and efficiencies: product improvements, personalization optimizations, innovation roadmaps, visual localization.
Monitor performance using analytic tools and define action points/build initiatives and create process and governance to improve metrics performances.
