One of our clients is a global leader in the manufacturing and commercialization of safes and vaults.
We are in the process of starting a project with them to support them in improving their operations at one of their plants in Jakarta, Indonesia.
We are therefore looking for a Lean Manufacturing Consultant to support our team in the project.
The engagement starts in June and lasts for 3 to 6 months.
The successful candidate has at least 5 years experience in a similar manufacturing environment with strong knowledge and understanding of recognized frameworks including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, as well as in areas such as Operational Excellence, Cost Optimization, Process Re-engineering, Outsourcing and Automation, Time & Motion Analysis.
With experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM), process design, process improvement, and a proven track record of delivering quantifiable benefits to his company/client, the ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and can build consensus and activate collaboration with the team at large.
Language requirements: Proficiency in English and Indonesian as a mother tongue
Engineering degree in a relevant field, MBA considered a plus
