Persyaratan

Have A Bachelor degree in information technology or related field.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience Tanggung Jawab

Managing and overseeing activities to provide Service Management for overall IT operation

Define, monitor and revise service item, SLA, OLA, reverse SLA, target service level and detail performance criteria on IT tower

Provides SLA measurement & analysis and develop IT service performance report and conduct monthly service performance review to stake holder & customer

Highlight performance issues related to IT Tower and escalate complex or critical issues

Improve Service Management tool to provide the reliable data for service performance

Coordinate communication within IT Tower and business user
