The Personalization team focused on providing our buyers with relevant and inspirational recommendations across multiple browsing funnels in Tokopedia. The team aims to understand our customer’s preferences and use the information to drive exploration, convenience and confidence in their entire shopping experience.
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about driving innovation and helping build a delightful browsing experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
Work together with multiple teams (mainly design, engineering, data, marketing) to drive product vision based on customer feedback and pain points
Define the success metrics and impact of the product
Deliver the vision through sprint cycles, breaking down the product vision into clear requirements and executable stories
Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure timely delivery (familiar with the use of JIRA, Confluence, and project timeline)
Initiate and conduct experimentation (A/B testing) based on clear hypotheses and objectives to iterate product improvements
Monitor product performance and gather insights on a regular basis
What you must have:
Having 1-2 year of work experience in the product management field handling personalization, recommendation
Strong analytical and decision making skill, able to transform data into actionable insights
Strong communication skill, both written and verbal to communicate with stakeholders to share updates and coordinate the development of products
Having a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, finance, economics or related field is preferred
