Job Description

Strategize, design and deliver communication initiatives to introduce, engage or promote certain products/services to specific user segments using various media.

Responsibilities

  • Build understanding of users demographic and behaviour
  • Strategize and design communication campaign for company products/services based on specific purposes briefed by business unit
  • Work with Campaign manager to deliver campaign proposal to business units
  • Oversee segment associate in coordinate with vendors to implement communication initiatives
  • Ensuring campaign plan and strategy are implemented in agreed timelines
  • Shared responsibility with Campaign Manager in monitoring the campaign implementation and do tactical changes if needed
  • Build report and insights every end of the month

Requirements

  • Having Experience minimal 1 Year in marketing communication, consumer behaviour research or mass communication, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding in user behaviour
  • Know how to manage team and manage multiple communication channels
  • Creative thinking
  • Good project and vendor management skills
  • Solid data driven problem solving skills
  • Strong willingness to learn, iterate and experiment
