IT Compliance Specialist





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide and maintain List and Inventory of computerized system and GxP IT Infrastructure to ensure validation status of computerized system and qualification status of GxP IT Infrastructure
  • Provide yearly Validation Master Plan, coordinate scheduling and execution in term of life cycle of computerized system and life cycle of IT Infrastructure.
  • Perform GxP IT Infrastructure qualification activities and provide document required following valid SOP and schedule assigned
  • Perform computerized system validation activities and provide document required following valid SOP and schedule assigned
  • Perform Data Integrity Assessment and provide report of each computerized system following validSOP.
  • Ensure completion and implementation of CAPA from IT Compliance topic, Change Management, Deviation Management, Self-Inspection and Audit Management assigned as agreed timeline.

WHO YOU ARE


  • Bachelor Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Pharmacist
  • Min have experience in pharmaceutical industries 2 - 3 years.
  • Experience with Data Analytical tools will be an advantage
