Job Responsibility:

Melaksanakan Assessment & Recruitment untuk kebutuhan karyawan tingkat Manager di Business Unit Manufacturing
Melaksanakan project - project terkait dengan Organization Development termasuk penyusunan Struktur Organisasi di Business Unit Manufacturing
Menjalankan Talent Management di Business Unit Manufacturing
Membantu pelaksanaan project - project terkait dengan People Development di Business Unit Manufacturing
Memberikan report sesuai standard perusahaan

Qualifications:

Pendidikan S1 Psikologi dari Universitas terkemuka (IPK Minimal 3.00 dari 4.00)
Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di bidang assessment & recruitment (untuk level supervisor dan manager)
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Talent Management dan Industry Manufacturing menjadi nilai tambah
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, kemampuan menganalisa, serta drive yang baik
Mampu dan terbiasa mengoperasikan Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint
