Job Responsibility:

  • Melaksanakan Assessment & Recruitment untuk kebutuhan karyawan tingkat Manager di Business Unit Manufacturing
  • Melaksanakan project - project terkait dengan Organization Development termasuk penyusunan Struktur Organisasi di Business Unit Manufacturing
  • Menjalankan Talent Management di Business Unit Manufacturing
  • Membantu pelaksanaan project - project terkait dengan People Development di Business Unit Manufacturing
  • Memberikan report sesuai standard perusahaan

Qualifications:

  • Pendidikan S1 Psikologi dari Universitas terkemuka (IPK Minimal 3.00 dari 4.00)
  • Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di bidang assessment & recruitment (untuk level supervisor dan manager)
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Talent Management dan Industry Manufacturing menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, kemampuan menganalisa, serta drive yang baik
  • Mampu dan terbiasa mengoperasikan Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint
