Job Description & Summary

You will be first point of contact for all requests, queries and issues (faults or problems) concerning PwC Indonesia provided IT facilities and services. You will be part of a team responsible for the day to day support for PwC Indonesia staffs and partners. In this role, you’ll have a chance to interact with various kind of users in PwC and provide the best solution for them.

Requirements:

  • Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology , Computer Science or Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputable university
  • Good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems and office products.
  • Possess strong sense of empathy and a helpful attitude.
  • Understand computer hardware, software, networking and peripherals.
  • Have good analytical and troubleshooting skill in solving computer and IT related problems.
  • Possess strong passion in doing research and evaluation of potential tools and utilities.
  • Understand and experience in IT support ticket and knowledge articles will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with audio, presentation device and video conferencing is an added advantage.
