Job Descriptions:
Providing helpful information, answering questions, responding to complaints, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with company services.

Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer service support for Japanese clients.
Answer customer calls, emails, and live chats.
Create reports using the Japanese language to collect data for analysis and reports.
To perform shift work duties on a 24x7 basis from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Support social media campaigns by generating fresh and effective ideas.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:
Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Customer Relations, and Good communication skills.
Have good Japanese skills both in speaking and writing.
Having a JLPT or NAT Test certificate, minimum N3.
Able to shift work duties (including public holidays).
Able to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rp5,000,000 per month

  • D1-D4 (Required)

Experience:

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Japanese (Required)

License/Certification:

  • JLPT/NAT-Test N2/N3 (Required)
