About Our Team
We are looking for aspiring interns to join us and build the next highland of the future! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting e-commerce teams across the South East Asia region, bringing in the industry & technology expert to power the new business growth.
In this role you will be a part of a fun, supportive and professional team. One of the biggest priorities for us is that you can learn and be exposed to job scope in a manageable way that is consistent with your career goals. Make this experience real and fruitful. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with key HR activities like onboarding, creating process maps & playbooks
  • Provide people data analytics support when in needs.
  • Contribute to improving employee experience by helping organize activities.
  • Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • A background in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree.
  • Available for at least 3 days per week, ideally can do 6 months.
  • Highly proficient in English.
  • Eye for details; proactive and willing to take on challenges.
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
  • Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail.
  • Responsible and positive work attitude with ability to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
