About Our Client
Our client is a leading global manufacturing company in the fashion and apparel industry.
Job Description
Work closely with Factory General Manager, local management team and Hong Kong Head Office to set up and run all HR and Administration (HRA) related issues in Indonesia so as to achieve the overall business targets from corporate level
Build, lead and develop the HRA team
Responsible for full spectrum of HRA activities including but not limited to manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, succession planning and organizational development, procurement, car services, security, canteen and office administration
Implement various HR projects according to Hop Lun Group direction, such as HRIS system implementation, compensation structure, production incentive scheme and job grading exercise, etc.
Analyze HR data and monitor staff and worker's performance and provide regular reports to HK headquarter
Ensure high quality HRA policies and procedures are in place and well executed at all levels
Maintain good partnership with all departments within the organization
Maintain relationship and liaise with local government & non-government organizations and to ensure fulfilment of all legal requirements
Support client visit or compliance audit
Ad hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or above, in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 8 years of HR and Administration experience in manufacturing industry
Sound knowledge and strong background in compensation and benefits
Familiar with HR analytics and reporting
Good knowledge in Labor Law and other rules, regulations and compliance issues
Possess high ethical standard and personal integrity
Strong leadership and a good team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sound knowledge in MS word, excel and powerpoint
Fluent in English and local language
