Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create training module in order to equip store employee with proper knowledge and skill as per business needs.
  • Deliver training in order to develop store employee competencies.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure all training are delivered.
  • Create training or visit report as the feedback for future employee development.
  • Solve any problem or helpdesk ticket related to training in order to serve store.
  • Check or visit store to ensure all training are implemented properly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any educational background.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as a trainer, preferably in retail industry.
  • Comfortable with training a versatile audience from front-line to management level.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficient and computer literate.
  • Willing to mobile to conduct the training program in store.
