As an experienced
Order Fulfilment Coordinator and a
customer service expert, you will ensure both Internal and External customer satisfaction through timely and efficient fulfilment of internal & external orders and provision of support to maintain effective logistics function across the region.
With your excellent organisational skills, you will deliver timely, accurate and effective processing of sales orders and purchase orders to enable their accuracy in order fulfilment.
You are a collaborative individual and will work closely with the Bradken Sales teams and Freight and Purchasing staff liaising about orders from manufacturing plants and other third-party suppliers to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
You will support the Warehouse Team on daily transportation needs for order dispatch and receipt if and when required.
With utmost customer focus, you will support our Sales teams on progressing Forward Orders on a regular basis as directed.
Key Criteria:
Qualifications in logistics and Salesforce accreditation, desirable
Professional experience in Customer Order Management
Fluent English Language skills- Verbal and written
Working experience in a similar Logistics/freight distribution-related background preferred, but not essential
This role within our Supply Chain team will offer challenge, new experience and learning across a range of duties within Global Logistics.
This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
