Project Overview and Role:
The Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Promoting Rural Incomes through Support for Markets in Agriculture (PRISMA) is a multi-year development program working to accelerate poverty reduction through inclusive economic growth.
Maize is one of the most important crops in NTT, however, growth production is very low at only 3.5% per year (2010-2018) and the productivity is only 2.5 ton per ha which is far below the current national average of 5.2 ton per ha. PRISMA is supporting the Agriculture Department of NTT in developing strategies and activities to overcome specific obstacles in efforts to strengthen maize market system in NTT.
PRISMA is supporting Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan NTT and BPTP NTT in the capacity building of Pendamping Lapangan Program Tanam Jagung Panen Sapi (extension worker of TJPS Program or PL-TJPS), including finalizing the module on Good Agricultural Practices of Maize Cultivation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Graphic design is the way that conveys a specific message to targeted audience via visuals. In general, the intention of this work is to develop the ideas in a way that is not only effective, but also beautiful. More specifically, the purpose of the work for the document as follow:

Technical module usually tends to be too wordy and difficult to understand the key message that is crucial to be implemented to increase crop productivity. The design will help the readers to:
The Graphic Designer must be able to come up with a design concept that addresses themes and topics then provide graphic design services which include but are not limited to: cover of the module, between chapter design, page design, and diagrams/pictures to illustrate module content as requested by PRISMA team in coordination with writer/editor. In providing services, the vendor will work through several steps as follow:
