Job Description

Description :

  • Supporting the Sales team during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Identifying technical problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the Sales team for equipment, spare parts, and service requests from customers.
  • Provide pre and post sales technical advice and support about products

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Placement : Medan
  • Candidates must have driver license type A.
  • Full time position
