The gTech Customer Experience (gCare) team partners with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to provide product and data-driven expertise to empower our largest and most sophisticated customers to meet their advertising goals. We are scaling the gCare partnership with South East Asia (SEA) LCS and this is a critical role for the LCS and gCare leadership. You will have exciting growth opportunities with significant headroom and impact potential.
As a Shopping Specialist, you will own the Shopping campaign optimization for key clients in SEA. You will drive excellence in campaign setup and structuring, as well as making the right product recommendations for Shopping spenders to drive performance. You will drive business growth for customers through the identification of relevant account opportunities. This includes optimization of complex solutions that support our clients in measuring the success of these campaigns. You will also act as an advisor and consultant that works across functions within gTech.
