Job Description

Requirements :


  • Minimum bachelor degree from Psychology (Fresh graduate or final year student)
  • Have knowledge and experience in Recruitment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, able to communicate effectively with a diverse range people & fast learner
  • Available to start working immediately
  • Willing to work from office at Sunter, North Jakarta (Occasionally)
  • Able to commit 3 months or more on a full-time basis


Responsibilities :

  • Assist the recruitment process (job posting, sourcing thorugh , and background check)
  • Sourcing for qualified candidates through advertisement, campus recruitment program, database search, online employee forum, social media, own circle of network, etc
  • Update and provide feedback for all candidate processes (Report job progress on regular basis)
  • Assist to manage a database of suitable candidates
  • Assist in conducting new hire orientation
