Job Description

This is a half-year training program that involving class-room, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts. A successful trainee will be representing the Bank as its front-end in handling various customer inquiries confidently, maintaining satisfactory customer service and relationship, and providing fast solution to customers
Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with any major

Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00

Have passion and pride in servicing & influencing customer

Process and solution-oriented with attention to detail

Willing to work hard and adapt to the routine

Digital and technology-savvy
