Job Description

  • Create concepts and materials for customer satisfaction surveys, mystery shopping, service audits, and corporate functions
  • Analyze survey results and make an improvement to existing survey methods
  • Create concepts, tools, and periodic evaluation of BSI and DSI
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with any field with GPA minimum 3.00 of 4.00
  • Fresh Graduate or having 1 year experience in service/ banking/ hospitality will be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, good customer driven, attention to detail and teamwork
  • Placement in Jakarta
