This function will be reporting to Leader Production and will be based at Firmenich Factory at Cileungsi, West Java.

Key Responsibilities:
In English:
Follows all safety and quality policies/procedures, including GMP

Use required PPE while working

Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility

Record production and logistics data in SAP and any other system/data sheet available at the job location

Perform in-process analysis at the laboratory

Report any problem during operation to the leader

Operate forklift and other material moving equipment as required

Doing manual process on production process, such as with physical

Keep good housekeeping

Take samples and submit it to Quality Control Laboratory

Perform proper labeling of the raw materials, intermediates and final product, following the local procedures of the site

Cleaning working tools and work area

Work in team and can working under pressure

In Bahasa:
Mengikuti semua kebijakan / prosedur keselamatan dan kualitas, termasuk GMP

Bekerja dengan menggunakan APD

Mengoperasikan dan memantau proses peralatan dengan aman dan baik pada area kerja / area yang menjadi tanggung jawab

Mencatat data produksi dan logistik ke dalam SAP dan sistem / lembar data lainnya yang tersedia di lokasi kerja

Melakukan analisis dalam proses di laboratorium

Melaporkan kepada Leader jika terdapat dan terjadi masalah selama proses operasi kerja

Mengoperasikan forklift dan peralatan pemindah material lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan

Melakukan proses produksi secara manual, seperti menggunakan fisik

Mempertahankan tata graha dengan baik

Mengambil sampel dan menyerahkannya kepada QC Laboratorium

Melakukan pelabelan yang tepat untuk bahan mentah, produk setengah jadi dan produk akhir dengan mengikuti prosedur lokal yang berlaku

Membersihkan peralatan dan area kerja

Bekerja sama dalam tim dan dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan

We value:
Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology and/or chemistry or equivalent

Minimum of 1-year professional experience in the food industry, preferable

Technical / professional knowledge & skills

Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills
