Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

Leading the purchasing team to procure fresh goods on Sayurbox platform and will be responsible for item availability on Sayurbox platform
Liase and maintain good collaboration with relevant internal teams related with purchasing activities
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure the purchasing process compliance with internal standards and regulations
Gauge and manage inventory level needs, manage the timely placement of purchase orders to achieve purchasing fulfilment targets and availability targets
Maintain suppliers database, develop performance measurement and conduct periodic performance review for suppliers
Designing, planning, and implement purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures according to industry best practice

Qualification Requirements:

Min. 5 years of experience coordinating supply of fresh produce (fruits and vegetables), ideally from supermarket background
Proven track record/min. 1 year experience handling a medium-sized team (4-6 direct reports, with each direct reports having their own respective small team.
Very good communication & people skills – you will need to liaise with multiple counterparts, from operations, commercial, customer service, and hundreds of suppliers
Excellent leadership skills and be able to build a first class purchasing team
Detail oriented, structured, and organised, and able to quickly solve issues and execute action plans
Problem solver with strong analytical mindset
Ability to quickly grasp overall Sayurbox’s business and operations flow
Excellent with data analysis, comfortable working with figures, and extremely confident with Excel. Other data analysis tools will be an added bonus

Will be Placement in Jakarta for Senior Staff (1) position
Will be Placement in Bali (1) position
Will be Placement in Surabaya (1) position
