Responsible for delivering prompt and accurate claim Payment, including for reconcile data payment Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Do reconcille data payment in daily for all claim already approved
  • Processing payment for Non In force status with valid data account
  • Maintain for suspense payment data process
  • Prepare report rejection by monthly to Accounting Department
  • To response email/complaint regarding the case handled within 1x24 hour (including in CRM)
  • Support to reduce/minimum error related Payment
  • Add hock project (to participate in the project assigned by company)
  • Active give any input related to the Payment process to make efficiency/simplify process
  • Achieve the target productivity daily as agreed
  • Update WG in area Payment
  • Accurateness processing payment for eligible claim to Policy Holder
  • To process Payment based on WG or guideline as standard level agreed
Job Specification: Qualification
  • S-1 in in Accounting/Management/Finance/Administration
  • Pleasant personality, good attitude and good team working
  • Action-oriented and customer oriented
Experience Minimum 1 year experience in claim, with preference in health insurance or life insurance Technical Knowledge :
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excell)
  • Have a general knowledge on daily work procedures
  • English literate Interpersonal Skills : Diligent, helpful, result oriented, communication skills, confident, good emotional control, analytical, good time management and able to create pleasant working atmosphere
