As an Associate, you’ll be a part of client-facing teams as a consultant, developer, designer, data scientist, or technical specialist to help businesses change the way they work.

Job role description: Associate Consultant - Business Analyst

Be an advocate for clients on business transformation, guiding them through an analytical approach that combines human-centered design with an understanding of emerging technologies and platforms. Bring your insights and knowledge to IBM teams to help senior executives determine where to compete, how to differentiate, and how to innovate business models by taking advantage of digital and emerging technologies.

As a Associate Consultant, you will work closely with clients and fellow IBMers to understand the clients’ issues, create strategic recommendations to drive change in a digitally-enabled era, lock down buy-in for the recommendations, and collaborate to help reinvent businesses and industries. You’ll develop specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies and manage complex components of an engagement.
  • Aptitude and interpersonal skills to thrive in an intense team atmosphere, able to build direct working relationships across all levels of the IBM and client teams

Qualification:

Qualification:

  • Track record of academic success
  • Highly motivated, with clear evidence of drive and significant achievements
  • Ability to apply logic to solve ambiguous problems and deliver creative and well-structured solutions
  • Knowledge in Cloud technology would be preferred
  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines, and share/incorporate feedback
  • Powerful communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively in an intense team environment, able to build direct working relationships across all levels of the IBM and client teams
  • A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view




Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Undergraduate degree on Business Administration/Management/business management or related background from reputable university would be preferred
  • GPA Min 3.25
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply or max around 2-3 years of experience
  • Interest in IT Consultation industry
  • Having knowledge in Cloud Technology would be preferred
