YOUR ROLE


This is a unique opportunity for a growth specialist to develop within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As a Brand Manager, you will work closely with the founding team, and will be in the driver's seat when it comes to helping our portfolio companies scale to become regional and global brand champions.

  • Responsible for managing the P&L of brand/s across multiple channels and regions.
  • Scale your brands by planning and executing impactful product and geographical expansion strategies, channels launches, online marketing and optimising of supply-chain & logistics.
  • Analyse your portfolio companies’ data (sales, conversation rate, page views, ROAS, etc.) to develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rates of acquired products.
  • Proactively catch issues before they become problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape, marketplace rule changes).

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing or an analytical function, preferably at a fast-paced start-up.
  • Ideally you have managed or even built your own ecommerce business.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirty.
  • You demonstrate clear ownership and end-to-end thinking as well as strong analytical skills.
  • Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and want to help us turn Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn.
  • Passion for ecommerce / retail / brands.
