Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring monthly target and achievement for related products (Home & Living)
Researching and recommending new opportunities, profits. and service improvements.
Understand the needs of business partners.
Create relationships with new clients and build good working relationships.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and guidance.
Responsible for after-sales services.
Maintaining documents needs with legal and finance team.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Having at least 2 - 3 years experience as a Business Development/ Relationship Manager/ Key Account Manager in e-commerce industry.
Have a good understanding about the Home & Living Category.
Strong analytical, negotiation skill and business sense.
Willing to work in team and manage good relationship with merchant.
Strong with data especially related to sales performance.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.
Must be clear, concise, and convincing.
Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles.
Sense of urgency for incident resolutions.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Experienced in brand principles or e-commerce is a plus.
