Job Description:

  • Handling Customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and Hanover process.
  • Dispatch and coordinate customer complaints with the relevant department for best solution.
  • Monitor customer's transactions that need action & resolution from other departments based on SLA and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Manage and record the customer's transaction daily basis in accordance to establish standards (if any).
  • Contact Customer to update the resolution to measure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree from Any Major.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service/relation fields.
  • Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
