About the RoleAs Financial Planning and Control Manager - GoTo Financial, you’ll take the wheel in driving the preparation of annual Budget Planning and Re-forecast, Spending Control, and Monitoring of business performance measurement, particularly for Operating Expenditure (Opex) and Capital Expenditure (Capex) for all GoTo Financial entities.
You will work closely with the Budget Owner to understand business nature in each product and function, identify risk and opportunity, and continue to seek operating efficiency, in addition to Planning, Controlling, and Monitoring.
What You Will Do Responsible for preparation of annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly management reporting process alongside with business,Create and refine reporting mechanisms to provide the right data and information related to company’s revenue, operational cost, and budget utilizationMonitor and control actual financial results, particularly on costs and its associated driversResponsible on preparing monthly variance analysis report to support management for decision makingResponsible to highlight key financial issues and deliver the proposed solutions to the stakeholdersProvide insightful financial analysis on regular and ad-hoc basis such as but not limited to topline daily/weekly tracker, business unit performance review, and other financial ratios analysisPrepare financial feasibility review on the Company’s strategic business decisions followed by post-implementation review and provide suggestions to managementEnsure that the running cost is under control, properly monitored on timely basis, and to review the accuracy of third party vendors or business partners’ billingsCoordinate cost controlling efforts across the entire payments and commerce product groups and functionsCommunicate to respective department head on the accountability of the departmental budgetResponsible for analyzing group expenses, strategizing cost saving initiatives, leading internal cost control teams, and executing cost control initiatives
What You Will NeedBachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business, or equivalent educationl backgroundMinimum 5 years of working experience in Finance Business Partner / Cost Control areasAble to build a financial model, proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong business, data-driven acumen, and able to work with big databaseAble to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniorityStrong project management skills to manage complex projects; able to prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders; and able to drive consensusStrong team player; possess team synergy skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating with cross-functional teamsAble to work independently and high attention to detail with swift executionProficiency with Finance / Accounting tools (e.g. SAP and ERP) is a plusFluent in English (written and spoken)
