Conduct market research of current public facilities trends and hypes on equivalent development based on population, socio-demographic, psychographic, etc. to increase SML township’s touchpoints with various market segments.
Develop strategy in bringing the right facility partners that can bring the right traffic and additional value to SML township.
Scout and build relationships with future partners to develop diversification of facilities, formats, target markets, etc.
Understand partners’ business viability, potential expansion plan, footfall pattern, visibility, catchment area, up to investment ROI, in order to get the best win-win business terms.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand under-utilized property assets, in terms of commercial and technical feasibilities to be utilized as traffic pulling facilities.
Coordinate the deal process which might consist of due diligence, market survey, feasibility study, contract agreement, etc.
Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders throughout project implementation.
Provide analysis and reports on the key successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Management/Marketing.
5-8 years experience in a business development or marketing role in sporting, recreation/leisure, or entertainment sectors.
Highly motivated and self-driven.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
Minimum S1 education majoring in Computer / Computer Engineering / Informatics Engineering.
Maximum age 27 years old.
Have insight and knowledge about IT.
