Description & Requirements

  • Create and propose budgets related to new investments- system or machine modifications and training for employees to improve skills.
  • Manage and analyze maintenance costs in order to achieve the set budget
  • provide weekly reports and monthly reports to the Maintenance Manager or other required reports.
  • Analyzing one machine from start to finish to get the performance of each machine and the target of the process is to increase the capacity of the bottleneck machine.
  • Responsible for implementing CRP (Cost Reduction Program) and quality system improvement (ISO- HACCP etc.) programs
  • Manage environmental aspects of production activities in the form of managing waste generated (solid- liquid- gas and B3 waste)- handling used oil and oil as well as chemicals & B3 used in accordance with the provisions of regulations and company EMS standards
  • Supervision of the implementation of the EHS program in accordance with SOPs in achieving employee safety standards and targets as required by government regulations and Kraft Heinz management policies.
  • Carry out the obligations set by management with full responsibility
  • Achieve OI through cost saving to offset losses without compromising product quality and control over time according to budget
  • Improved the SR process for HBM to increase the Class A Level and propose internal efficiency improvements.
  • Implementation of Kraft Heinz Management System focus on Maintenance & Reliability Engineering (KHMS MRE) as well
  • Implementation preventive maintenance to achieve reliability engineering
  • As the lubrication champion for implementation lubrication level up acrivity
  • Continuously improve production and QC processes to meet Kraft Heinz's legal requirements and requirements.
  • Improve Plant (PE) efficiency for the production process (including line stoppage).
  • Responsible for the implementation of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) & BCM (Business Continuity Management)
  • Responsible for the implementation of company policies regarding Quality Risk Maintenance at Kraft Heinz Karawang
  • Responsible for the implementation of ISO 22000 in the area of responsibility
  • Works overtime as necessary
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
