Ensure assigned copackers are informed of food safety & quality requirements and that food safety & quality is a priority in day to day functions
Ensure implementation of QRMP Lite, platinum rules, ISM / IPM, drying & baking standards at assigned copacker site
Support KH audits and assessments at copackers sites : QRMP Lite, platinum rules, ISM / IPM, drying & baking standards
Coordinate improvement related to requirement at copackers
Coordinate follow up of copackers food safety & quality issue
Assist in regulatory audits and inspections. Interacts with regulatory affairs team and regulatory agency to facilitate regulatory audits or inspections at copackers
Ensure clear communication and partnership with the quality team in head office and related departments
