Job Descriptions :

The objective of this role is to support the Merchandising team to maximize commercial opportunities through the effective management of inventory
Manage the stock replenishment & consolidation for all stores across all channels & categories at Style Color Size levels
Create and Monitor Stock fill rates for Bazaars
Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and taking appropriate action so as to meet business objectives
Creating Weekly Reports of Sell Thru and Tracking of Products performances
Collaborating with buyers to ensure right products allocations
Visit stores on regular basis to make sure the best store stock health Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance.

Qualifications :

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Fashion Business/Fashion Marketing/Merchandising
At least 2 years experienced in fashion retail merchandising, preferably within multibrand environment
Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills
Confidence in suggesting calculated risks
Strong customer awareness and understanding
Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness
Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication skills
Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English
