Job Description

The Aesthetic Skin Clinic is a company which focus in a beauty and health care clinics, we have approximately eight clinical branches spread throughout Indonesia, currently our clinic is looking for a Legal & HR Manager, the following are the required qualifications:

Legal & HR Manager

Qualification :

  • Male
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree Of Law
  • Has experience minimum 3 years as legal & HR SPV / Manager.
  • Good comunication skill
  • Strong analytical thingking and attention to details

Job Description :

  • As a Company Advocate, such as representing the company if there is a legal problem, both internal and external to the company.
  • As a Company Executor, finalize agreements such as preparing/screening required documents, reviewing, and finalizing licensing and other documents.
  • Conducting Corporate Legal Consulting, such as providing advice or advice on the law to the company leaders regarding the actions to be taken / company activities etc.
  • Handling cooperation needs related to franchise, maklon, agreement for marketing / influencer purposes, as well as company and clinic licensing (doctors, nurses, etc.),
  • Manage the GMS and amendments to the company's articles of association
  • Bridging the company's legalization issues with third parties
  • Extending the HGB-HGU on the company's land assets, Extending TDP, NPWP and making company API, Registering copyright (patent rights)
  • Filling all documents related to the company.
  • Make all drafts of legal documents, agreements and employee contracts in detail and thoroughly.
  • Update on issues and provide explanations on new regulations related to the company's business.
  • Supervise business developments related to agreements
  • Make proposals for changes to SOP.
  • Ensuring the organization is in line with applicable laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments in terms of protecting the rights and obligations of employees
  • Responsible for HR control such as recruitment, training, assessment, employee attendance, promotion, demotion, rotation, and benefit compensation.
  • Evaluate and develop HR management strategies and performance in implementing these strategies, in collaboration with teams of all relevant divisions.
