We are looking for aspiring interns to join us and build the next highland of the future! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting e-commerce teams across the South East Asia region, bringing in the industry & technology expert to power the new business growth.

Responsible for the construction and operation of various live/short video/graphic e-commerce channels in centralized scenarios, including but not limited to: various shopping guide channels, marketing channels, vertical channels, etc. Responsible for UV/GMV/CVR/retention and other key indicators
Formulate a differentiated channel operation strategy, build & precipitate the consumer mindset; matching people and goods according to the characteristics of the crowd and channel characteristics, and design channel innovative gameplay;
Cooperate with various activity strategies such as UGs' and big promotions', and do a good job in undertaking big promotions in the channel;
Extracting product requirements from channel operations and daily maintenance, promoting product iteration, organizing and output SOPs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above. At least 3 years of work experience in e-commerce, and have certain channel operation experience

Possess data analysis and mining capabilities, and have a certain sensitivity to e-commerce data
Have good communication and collaboration skills, and can independently promote the progress of the project
4. Overseas study/living experience, English barrier-free communication, expression and social skills, backgrounds in Southeast Asia are preferred
