Job Requirement

Tenacious & resilient, driven to achieve
Bachelor degree of any major
Maximum 40 years old
Have minimum 5 years of working experience in leading Sales Business to Business (B2B) team (preferably from corrugated packaging industry)
Good leadership skill, analytical thinking, eager striving to achieve target, good communication skill, willing to teamwork
Willing to working mobile if needed
Willing to be placed in Krian, Sidoarjo
Has a car driving license

Job Description

Lead & control all activities in Sales Department to run effectively
Make a price list for all products and determine the sales target
Ensure that products and documents are sent & met customer requirements
Monitor of each sales order and summarize the forecast to ensure production capacity is optimally filled
Maintain good relationship with customer and solve customer complaints
Responsible about development of sales targets
Manage and evaluate the sales team to improve the effectiveness of team performance
Analyze and develop sales strategies to increase the number of customers and areas in accordance with the specified target
