Responsibilities
lead fundraising with the founder
lead the internal finance team and responsible for monthly investor update
lead and manage legal works such as quarterly filings, corporate structure of the subsidiaries etc
lead and manage internal company and business strategy
Help comply with Due Diligence requests from investors
Lead investor relations
Requirements
Must have at least 2+ years of VC analyst experience
Must have at least closed Series A or upwards round at a startup
Strong Finance background with master's degree in finance
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
