Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Performing administrative functions concerned with lease, sales, tenant documents, promotion
  • Create agreement leasing at lease unit, and distribute lease documents
  • Preparing monthly reports to Lease Coordinator
  • Performing quality review, tracking & reporting overall progress
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 years experience as administration staff
  • Able to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure
  • Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, North Jakarta
