Analyses End to End Supply Chain and Network process problems to root cause, and develops and implements permanent solutions to prevent recurrence of the problem(s).
Develops and implements improvements for the assigned working field(s)/area(s). Designs and implements new processes and controls.
Participates in the introduction of new integral Supply Chain methods and processes. Performs process characterizations, qualifications and validations.
Initiates and leads improvement projects involving more than one SCM process (projects include several work places/processes in the SCM).
Introduces new/improved processes in the assigned fields/areas – focusing on manpower planning optimization and OS cost management
Ensures strict adherence to project / launch timelines and ensure project / launch visibility to the company leadership
Supports top management in performing analyses to enable data driven decision making
Facilitates leadership meetings ensuring the right topics are discussed, and the insights are communicated in the right fashion to derive action steps
Support business teams at various stages; for example, providing a fact base, structuring and helping with issue identification and solutioning, advising on the practicalities of implementation or leading actual execution
Job Requirements
Bachelors in engineering or business from a reputable institution; advanced degree is a plus
A strong sense of business acumen and ability to write a business case.
4+ years of supply chain management and consulting experience from top tier consulting firms
Work experience with exposure to costing and resource allocation optimization
Experience in transportation, warehouse performance management and optimization
Track record of planning supply chain and management processes
Proven leader with record of inspiring teams and build strong relationships
Collaborative team player; ability to work well in team environment and autonomously with little direction
Superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders across an organization
Fluency (both verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia
