1. Membantu sorting data & randomize peers untuk penilaian setiap karyawan

2. Pengolahan data monitoring pengisian Performance Appraisal (Self, Peer, Upward & Team Review)

3. Input & rekapitulasi data skor OKR individual setiap karyawan

4. Membantu pengolahan dan analisis data hasil Performance Appraisal
Fresh Graduate minimal D3 all major

Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel/ google spreadsheet mandatory)
