Provide Senior CSA / MEP project cost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account.
Prepare and manage the construction budgets and cost plans, assist in the collation and reporting of all project costs via consolidated documentation.
Provide a full CSA / MEP post contract cost management service, assist with the CSA / MEP costing of all changes and the management thereof, validate progress and payment applications and assist with the compilation of the final account.
Provide management and guidance to junior staff members in the execution of their duties in accordance with job scopes and client requirements.
To take a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
Where appropriate, lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver on all of the above accountabilities
Prior senior CSA / MEP cost management experience is essential
Ability to lead a team of cost managers and report to clients senior management
Prior experience in hitech manufacturing / data centre construction.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Cost Management or related technical field with minimum 10 years' working experience in related field.
Experience from consultancy background is preferred.
Excellent client relationship skills
Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, experience in preparing client cost reports
Excellent presentation skills
