Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installing & configuring computer systems (Windows & Mac)
  • Setup & configure server (Windows Server & Linux)
  • Diagnosing & solving hardware / software faults
  • Computer hardware maintenance
  • Setup email accounts
  • Setup new hosting account (cPanel & Google Cloud Platform)
  • Maintain computer, IP Phones network
  • Initiatively explore technologies & knowledge related to system and network
  • Stand by for client’s first response when needed
  • Responsible to handle incoming calls / emails for technical support

QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): windows, Linux, mac, cPanel, Google Cloud Platform
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
