Stand by for client’s first response when needed
Responsible to handle incoming calls / emails for technical support
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): windows, Linux, mac, cPanel, Google Cloud Platform
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
