You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ • Ensure all received materials are examine according to excise parameters/product return parameters and all nonconformities/counterfeit suspected are reported on time for corrective actions. • Plan, organize and control the optimal utilization of the warehousing facilities in order to ensure that materials are stocked in accordance with safety requirements. • Monitor, report and follow up any defective, expired, and damaged to the line manager for appropriate actions to be taken in time to minimize risk of loss of goods destroyed (LOGD) • Control and monitor timely receiving, storing, issuing and transportation of all type of product return from factories, warehouses, vendors, logistics service providers (LSP), suppliers and distributors in compliance with over all supply chain strategy. • Coordinating with disposal and excise team to deliver product return to plant for customs verification • Market Return & LOGD data reconciliation with relevant stakeholder • Assist in the effective running of the warehouse. Assist in continually seeking out new ways to upgrade/ improve the working business model of the respective reverse logistic area and take steps to recommend/ implement these improvements.
